AUTOMATED PART: this machine has for rule to realize controls of torques in laboratory or near the bottling line making total abstraction of the human factor during the measure. The operator has for rule only to put down the sample on the machine and press the start button.

Test Cycle:
1) tightening of the bottle automated
2) descent of the head of unscrewing in adjustable pressure
3) tightening of the cap in the crowbar (or special head)
4) automatic Reset
5) unscrewing up to  programmed angle
6) validation of the value of the torque of releasing
7) Opening of the crowbar (if used)
8) climb of the head
9) opening of the chuck automatic.
